As we step into Easter we are setting aside seven days to seek God together — anchoring ourselves in the journey to the cross and preparing our hearts for the power of the resurrection.
From March 28–April 3, we will gather as a church for 7 Days of Prayer and Fasting, creating intentional space to slow down, listen, and respond to God’s voice.
Over these seven days, we invite you to join us daily on YouTube as we walk with Jesus toward the cross — reflecting on His sacrifice and trusting fully in the power of His finished work. Each day will be centered around a specific theme and scripture, with guided practices and application to help you engage in a meaningful and fruitful fast.
This is not about perfection or performance. It is about consecration.
We encourage you to choose the level of fasting that is right for you — whether that is food, social media, or anything that may be competing for your attention. The goal is the same: to make room for God to speak clearly and lead you fully.
These are not surface-level prayers.
They are honest prayers.
Surrendered prayers.
Forming prayers.
We believe this week will be transformational — a time where we release what needs to be buried and make space for what God wants to bring to life.
As we prepare for Easter, we are choosing to draw near.
To reflect deeply.
To trust completely.

Prepare your heart to listen, respond, and be led by God throughout the week.
Preparation
Plan your meals in advance to support your food fast and remain consistent throughout the week.
Remove or limit distractions that compete with your attention, especially during key moments of prayer.
Create intentional space in your schedule for prayer, reflection, and rest.
Let your family or close community know your commitment so they can support you.
Come with a surrendered posture, ready to be shaped, stretched, and transformed.
Fast Types
-
A 6AM–6PM fast is a type of sun-up to sun-down fast. During this time, we abstain from food and certain comforts as a way of focusing our hearts and attention on God.
From 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, participants refrain from eating solid foods and instead commit that time to prayer, worship, and reflection. Many choose to drink only water, tea, or light juices during the fasting hours.
At 6:00 PM, the fast is broken for the evening meal. Some people choose to eat one modest meal after 6PM, while others continue with lighter options as they feel led.
This rhythm mirrors the biblical principle of setting apart the day for spiritual focus — offering the first and best of our time to the Lord, and closing the day in gratitude.
The purpose isn’t deprivation — it’s devotion. We fast to remove distractions, quiet our hearts, and make more room for God’s presence and direction in our lives.
-
Based on the fasting experience of Old Testament Prophet Daniel (Daniel 1 and 10), The Daniel Fast is a Partial Fast that allows whole grains, fruits, beans, legumes, and vegetables. While eliminating meats, seafood, dairy, eggs, sugar, and sweeteners, leavened bread, coffee, and soda. Moderate portion sizes are encouraged. We will be corporately participating in this type of fast.
-
Refraining from logging into or viewing any social media, through a mobile device or computer from 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Share Your Story
During this season of prayer and fasting, we believe God is moving in personal and powerful ways. If God speaks to you, meets you, or brings clarity, breakthrough, or renewal during the fast, we invite you to share your story.
Your testimony has the power to encourage others, strengthen our faith as a church, and remind us that God is active and present among His people. Whether it’s something big or something quietly transformative, your story matters.
